    Good luck on week 4! I'm really happy with my progress so far, will head out for mid-week 3 tomorrow morning. Week 4 doesn't look that much different to week 3, only a slight increase in running intervals? Best of luck, let me know how you're doing! Are you using one of the podcasts to keep track of the intervals?
