Life has changed alot ...well so much for OTR Truck'n ...that's ok at least I made it to California 3x's ...but at a pretty price tho ...! My Husband has some health problems ...along with myself..an then come October we will be Grandparents once again ...sad thing is the Father wants nothing to do with the Baby...an our daughter just lost her job due to the closeing of the dealership..so we are do'n our best to help her out..she is so excited and relieved that she has many Friend and Family who are supporting her thru this time ...so yeah Life does throw some changes at one now and then ...but you just have to stay strong and not let anything get ya down and out !!! Easier Said Than Done ...know it all to well ...but I am climbing that Ladder an hanging on tight !!! Wishing Others the very best in their Lifestyle Changes too!!!!

To become Completely involved in this Lifestyle Change ~ nothing half way - lot's to make these changes for ~ ! One Day at a Time !!!!!! Just doing my best at changeing what I eat and when I eat it ! To faithfully work out each day to the most rock'n music ya can find ! LOL! To Just Be Happy In Life ! Take The Bumps In The Road and make it over them sailing on !!!!!!! It all begins with Lifestyle Changes for sure !!! Learning how to deal with stress and being able to leave the COMFORT FOODS alone an finding an outlet of doing something different when stressed out ! Getting up early an enjoying the days beginning and then taking a moment at the end of the day to be thankful for what I have accomplished an realizeing that if all has not been done ~ then it shall continue the next day !!!

Hello ~ My Name is Kathy , I enjoy Life...especially if I can be outside in the Sun ....!!! My Hubby and I have been married almost 36 years...we have 3 children...Our Oldest is 34 an single...Our Second is almost 30 an married with 3 wonderful children ...Our youngest is 22 years old an soon to be a Mom ...sad tho as the Father doesn't want anything to do with Her or The Baby To Be ...but with Many Friends and Family she is be'n supported and luv'd alot !!! We also have another baby ...well a Cat that thinks he owns the place..so yeah Fluffy is quite the cat !!!

I luv Music ~ alot of variety ~ ! Sooo many Movies ~ not alot of scary ones tho! Enjoy Walks, Working Out, doing Free Weights, Luv Sunrises & Sunsets
