    I was lacking motivation at first. When I reevaluated my goals that help but honestly what works fo me is buying clothes 2 sizes smaller. I dont like waisting money so I buy the jeans get rid of the receipt and then work out until I can fit into them. FIgure out what your goals are as far as excercising then create a reward system for yourself. Also do something fun maybe try Zumba I think your workout should not only be challenging physically but it should be something you enjoy doing.
