Introduction Text Ive been on here off and on for 2 years...Ive now been working out for almost 8 months..Ive had bit of a kick in the butt wake up call this year.. My boyfriend and I found out I was pregnant about 8 months ago, I only knew for a week, but I went to the hospital and I had lost the baby that day. I also found out I was allergic to the sun, had PID, high acidity and was sick all the time. So I thought I better start getting healthier, leading a healthy lifestyle for my son myself and for the rest of my life. My son is 3 years old and I do not want to be sick all the time anymore.. Everything else is fine except, the sun allergy, I will always have that unfortunately. So im doing something about my health. I am down 43lbs, and 30inches in 8 months as well from 40%bf to 23%. I love working out and eating healthy. 130: anything 125:new clothes GOAL WEIGHT I do P90x and Brazilian Butt lift everyday, and extra cardio. I have a page on Facebook Fat 2 Fit, please visit! Ive reached one of my short term goals, I lost 54lbs. Now my next one is to reach 60lbs. 6lbs more to go! To be as healthy and Happy as I can be for my son and for mself.

I use a pedometer try to walk atleast 10,000 steps a day, have done it twice ++. . I also have an exercise ball, I do the videos on here as well I have a stationary bike that I go on for an hour everday. I eat my larger more caloric meals during the day and a light salad maybe and peice of fish for dinner. I try to drink as much water as I can.
