Navy lady goes to work


I was in the Navy for 11 years then left for my family. In the 5 years that I was out of the Navy I not only gained weight but my depression got really bad. As of October 2014 I have gone back to work and am feeling much better.

In August 2013 I had 2 surgeries one on each ankle and ended up in a wheel chair for a month or so during recovery.....now I walk around in heals so it's improvement.

Take each day as a new one and try again to do better than the one before.
