I have been a member of Spark since 07. I have lost 30 lbs or so with Spark and I've fallen off time and time again. As of October 2011, I've been active on spark and I've lost 43 lbs as of today (April 2, 2012). If I can do it, you can do it, just put in the work. Don't talk, dream, wish, desire, want to be fit if you don't put any action behind it. Talk about it and be about it!

1. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily. Fully implement by Sept 30, 2015.
2. Work out 3x a week. Fully implement by Nov 1st.
3. Have one cheat meal a week.
My Program:
Zumba class once a week then home work outs 2-3x a week.
