Hi I'm Shelia, 38 yrs old live in Ms. I am a single mother of two teenagers boy and girl , 16 and 18 that I love very much. My mother also lives with me, I took her in when my father died three yrs ago. I have been overweight most my adult life. Now I am morbidly Obese and living miserably. I want my life back and I am taking charge with the help of my family and friends on Spark. I started gaining weight in 91 from depression and emotional eating when my husband died from suicide. Then in 95 I was diagnosed with Asthma that later revolved into COPD, I am on numerous medications that trigger weight gain. I was scheduled to have the Lapband surgery in 2005, but due to the weakness of my lungs, I was turned down until I lose a little weight. This was another depressing time when I heard the news. SO here I am joined Sparks in Jan 07, have lost 35 lbs and still having a hard time but not giving up.

Eat healthier exercise more Don't let the bad overcome the Good Be true to myself and others Go to Gym at least 3 times a week Help others Drink more h2o

I am 38 yrs old , most the time I feel 90 or close to it. I have 2 teenagers at home along with my live in Mother, and this is my family who I love very much. I am severely morbid obese and have been most my adult life, I am almost immobile, i walk very little and I have become very dependant on my motorized wheelchair. But I am tired of not being able to do anything fun or exciting and I wanna TAKE MY LIFE BACK, so this is why I am here, I need the motivation and encouragement from others to give me that lil nudge. I will treat others and myself respect all I ask is please give me the same. I dont judge anyone and don't like to be judged. I dont like phony people "the ones that pretend to like you then talk behind you back" I am a true honest person and I just want the same respect from others no matter what size I am.

I like experimenting and making web pages, theyre not professinal pages but theyre mine, lol. I also like working on scrapbooks and talking to people on the internet. I also love making people smile and when I acheive that it makes me smile
