    I can't believe how fun tracking calories is!! It is not only fun, it is rewarding and gives me a sense of accomplishment and control. I also like veggies a lot (weird... that is a new thing), I like them especially since I can eat a lot of them and not have a lot of calories added on AND they are so healthy for my body. I can totally tell the difference and I feet great! emoticon + emoticon + emoticon = emoticon

    Yesterday was my son's fourth birthday, it was ok as far as control and keeping my nutrition goals until the evening when I got too tired and had to do homework and then I ate too much -late night binge. argh! Definitely back on track today! I was checking out the BMI and what my healthy weight should be, which is 10lbs less than my goal so I adjusted my goal. I should be losing 140lbs by August of next year with a total of 2.5lbs a week. I know I can do this, I want it sooo bad! emoticon

    I've lost 12.50 lbs so far! I am fitting into my old jeans and feeling really great! I am finding that counting calories and being aware is really fun! It has been kind of hard to meet my cal and fiber goals everyday, I am full but still falling below and have to eat something at the end of the day to make the calories over the minimum. It is surprising to me that I am doing really great during the day, not starving and not exceeding my calorie intake. I guess that is what lots of veggies do and I love them! weird, I used to think they were a hassle. lol! I am feeling really successful with this life change!
