One day at a time
I recently attended a friends birthday party. Where a picture was taken of me. When I viewed the picture I was like who is thos lady and how did she get here? Once upon a time I was fit. Due to extremly poor eating choices Im 100 pounds over weight. How did i dismissed this? Secondly I thought I worked out. After all my favorite hobby is racing. Yet im over weight. So today Im taking back my life by making better choices and being consistent in working out. One day at a time.

I live in Belleville Illinois. I am a nurse and my latest adventure is I started my own plus size lingerie boutique. I love making myself and other women feel

I am a zumbaholic, however I am learning to incorporate other activities like yoga, walking and strength training.
