My program:
TurboJam six days a week then transitioning into P90X
Eating for energy and for life
I'm eating a lot of lean protein and monitoring my sugar intake including fruit

Diet is 80% of the program and 20% is exercise-I think a lot of people lose sight of what they put in their mouths. Our society has turned into prepackaged, precooked, pre everything and I'm AGAINST it.

I went vegetarian in April 2008 and am still transitioning with that and know I can be successful with weight loss and being an active vegetarian.

Most people want to blame their genetics for their weight gain. Well I don't want to blame anyone thing except that I've personally lost sight of what is important to me. I'm a makeup artist and hairstylist and I've always dreamed of being a personal trainer-well no one wants an out of shape overweight personal trainer-so I'm going to reach for it and make it happen.

For six weeks I will be doing everything I can to get my weight down and start conditioning. I'm excited because I'm ready to start a new chapter in my life.
