Fitness Minutes: 11,834

My Goals:
I just love feeling good and as long as I'm moving and meeting new people, I feel good. My goals are to always be able to keep up with my boys especially in their sports and biking. Most of all, I want to always enjoy being active.

My Program:
 I enjoy walking and bike riding.
I enjoy using the walking dvds and the step reebok dvd. I enjoy all Jillian Michaels dvds.
I use a variety of other aerobic dvds every other day and I lift weights at home M, W, and Friday.

    Hello! Aqua Boot Camp was a TON of fun! I was doing it at the 24 hour fitness that just opened in Englewood, but I am pretty sure that all the 24-hour fitness clubs have this class and you can get a free week pass on their website for any of their clubs!

    I am actually a member of Club USA in Littleton on Wadsworth. They have their own water aerobics class that I am going to check out. I also have a ton of free guest passes for them as well, so when you relocate, I am more than willing to share!
