Introduction Text Mom of 3 handsome boys and in love with my best friend Jim for over 25 years

I just love feeling good and as long as I'm moving and meeting new people, I feel good. My goals are to always be able to keep up with my boys especially in their sports and biking. Most of all, I want to always enjoy being active.

I enjoy walking and bike riding. I enjoy using the walking dvds and the step reebok dvd. I enjoy all Jillian Michaels dvds. I use a variety of other aerobic dvds every other day and I lift weights at home M, W, and Friday.
