My highest weight was 197 lbs. I remember several years ago talking to a woman 15 or so years older than I and I made the comment that she looked so nice and trim and I told her although I was obese I felt good. She replied, she once felt the same way but she said you can develop health problems at any time. That always stuck with me. In 2016 I weighed 183 lbs and am currently hover from 152 to 158. 2018 is going to be the year I reach my goal and maintain my weight God willing. In 2018 I am planning on reaching my goal weight and maintaining it. In 2017 I lost 12 lbs In 2016 I lost 21 lbs 1. Change my relationship to food and obtain better emotional health. 2. Live a healthier and more active life. 3. Do new things while I obtain a better appearance. 4. Get organized Thanks for dropping by my SPARK Page; visit any time. A little about myself. My Program:
Enjoys regular workouts at the gym. I concentrate on portion control and include fruits and vegetables in my diet. I enjoy gardening, an alternate form of exercise.

Personal Information:
I have three grown children, of which my oldest daughter is married and have a grandson who's a joy in my life. I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ who I depend on in my daily life.

Other Information:
I'm an animal lover and feed two cats who came out of no where. First one came, then the other and occasionally a third feral cat comes by. I enjoy interacting with other SPARKers. Appreciate country dwellers who I find very enriching.

    Thank you for the friend invitation. I am fairly new to Sparks, but I really enjoy it. Very motivational. I have 3 grown kids, 7 grands and 3 great grandkids. I really became overweight, but I have control of it now.
