Introduction Text Increasing ease. Living lightly. Finding juiciness.

I want to improve my inner reserves, my overall sense of well-being, and my physical strength. I have about 40 extra pounds on me. If all the extra weight comes off by living right, that would be great (not gonna lie), but a weight loss number is not my primary focus. I'd love to add SparkFriends with verve to share the journey.

Intermittent fasting. Walking and yoga. Tracking food and fitness. Focusing on changes I can maintain.

I am 53 years old and a divorced mom of a high school junior. I'm anticipating the empty nest in about 18 months and am planning ahead for some adventures (van dwelling among others).
