Personal goal -Ultimately, to be 154 (I'd like to be less, but I'll settle for that), which is what I was when I met my hubby.

Personal Information:
I've been the FAT sister all my life. My younger sis (by 1 1/2 yrs) has always been active and into sports so it's been easy for her to keep her weight down. Lost weight about 4.5 yrs ago, for my Mother's wedding, w/SouthBeach and walking. That was the lowest I had gotten down to since my 2nd child was born. I LOVE Chocolate and I'm starting to accept exercising, but I Still Hate the HEAT!

    hey! Thanks for your fantastic boost on my blog. I love that you can be so positive (and still sympathize with being major pissed off! emoticon ) Looks like you're extending that to your own life, too, which is great. And 13 lbs!! Way to go. I'm not there yet, so it's always good to see it really is possible.
