My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight permanently and continue living a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
 I am not using a trainer, I did not have surgery, I am not on a diet. I have changed the way I was eating and keep my calories under 2000 a day most days. I eat whatever I want I am just careful to eat variety and to keep it fairly reasonable.


Personal Information:
I am from Florida and I am currently living in Boise, ID. I love living here and don't plan to leave. I live with my son, my mom and two awesome little mini dachshunds. I have a great family and I am happy!

Other Information:
 I love doing puzzles, playing games, shooting, reading, watching movies or listening to music and I am learning to love exercise!
