Introduction Text Hi all I'm 53, overweight, and struggling with the battle. Looking for folks to walk the road with, so to speak! Anthony Robbins once said "Do what you've always done and you'll get what you've always gotten." While I find Anthony Robbins a little overwhelming sometimes, this has become my litany. It's time to change what I do. Change how I eat, change how I think about food, change how I exercise, change how I feel about myself. It's a big undertaking, and it's taking a long, long time. But each step shows me something new, and I think, each step gets a little easier as I realize that I CAN do it. One more step, and then one more, and then one more...walking a road to be the someone I truly wish to be. Walk with me if you will!

My goal is to loose 60 pounds in the next 18 months

working towards eating right and getting my significant butt in gear.

I'm in Ontario, a mother of two grown kids. One sweet little dog named Dylan. My beloved Mircrochip passed away Feb. 1st, 2010. I'm also regular sitter of two cats and my grand-dog the insane Pug-a-Poo named Ivy. Aislyn and Charlie, the cats loved the old guy (Chip) but not so much Ivy the crazy one! Oh wait, just for the fun of it, lets add in another puppy. Shayla who was supposed to be a Chihuahua but is currently 10 pounds, does not have pointed ears and looks a little like a beagle...hmmmm. Adorable none the less. She lives with my son...thank goodness! :)

Being a Parrothead, I obviously love Jimmy Buffett music. Goods books, good wine, good food, oh wait, two of those are part of the problem!!
