The last 10 or so...


I have had previously lost about 30 pounds using spark-people, and maintained that weight for a year. Since that time the scale is creeping up, SO, back to business!

I am in my early 40s -- have a wonderful son (pictured here) and run my own business which I am in the process of expanding.
I love my work ALMOST every day.

Fitness Minutes: 5,975

My Goals:
I started out at 161 and after 1.5 years, I had hit my goal weight. Over time I have gained back a few pounds and want to hit a new goal weight (a couple under where I was prior).

Run a strong 5K.

My Program:
 Controlling calorie intake daily.

Lifting weights, pilates and aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week.




Personal Information:
I am a South Dakota girl, living in Southeast SD. Love my church, love the Lord, love to read, love to work.






Other Information:
 My home is in Southeast South Dakota. I enjoy reading, am part of a musical group that plays some funky instrument from the island of Java (it's called a Gamelon).

I enjoy being with my family, love working in my church and have a desire to know the Lord better and better each day.

    Hey, busy lady! How's it going? I'll bet you are outside, laying in the lounger and soaking up the rays! LOL! If you have got tan lines already, I am going to be soooo jealous! It's a bit nippy yet so I'll save my skin (goosebumps and all) and dream of a warm, sunny day with no wind. This is South Dakota, right?
