Introduction Text Hello I am back on board , I have been MIA for the past year my weight has prity much stasyed the same well I havelost 10 more pounds but the great news is that all together I have lost 113 lbs since December 2005. When I weighed just over 320 lbs, I am curently goibng to Haritage to get my assosiates degree in physical fitness /Personal training. This has been a growing experience and a big fear facing act. I am going to graduate in about 4 months and so far getting strait A's wow never saw that comming but it has not been an easy journey I am one of the oldest people in class and the only one who still has weight to loose. That is tough.

my goal is too loose 98 pounds and to maintain it . I also would like to be successful at beating my Eating disorder for good . redidication to goal 12/04/06 I am starting a weight loss group at my Church it starts 1/03/07 pray for me that the Lord will send the wimen .

I am eating 5 mini meals a day drinking 130 oz of water and exercising 6 days a week . I also am making a concious attempt to think and have self controll when fixing my meals . I have put Bible scriptures up on my fridge to help.

I am a christian , since 2001 , I have one 7 yr old boy and a loving husband . I have been trying to loose weight for most of mt life I hope this time it is for good . I have lost 64 pounds so far . and I have 98 to go . 12/04/06
