    For different goals if you select the other goals tab in SP you can set up all sorts of different goals.
    There is a report feature under "my trackers" that will provide you with all sorts of different reports too.
    I use these plus I created an excel spreadsheet that calculates how I do on each goal as a %, since some goals are daily and some are only 3 to 5 times a week. This really helped me to identify what I needed to work on.

    Hi pal how's it going for you?
    I'm really struggling at the moment and hoping that writing it down to you may make me see sense! I have had a lovely 'large' meal with my hubbies parents for dinner/lunch and am out for tea later with friends for a super Christmas meal (3 courses) but I still feel I WANT TO EAT SOMETHING right now!
    I am grumpy too because I am not filling my face!!!!!!!!!!!!! Silly me! Isn't it hard. Hope you are doing better than me this Saturday. emoticon Donna x
