    Welcome! Enjoy the site, and feel free to ask questions on the community feed. Someone will always answer you. Spark is pretty easy to navigate, but there is a lot of information here. Take it slow. Chip away at different subjects at your leisure. The recipes and exercise videos are amazing! There are also lots of teams for new people, including 30-day challenges for getting back into strength training, busting plateaus, etc. It's a lot of fun to connect with a group of people on a daily basis. The age-group teams can be good ways to meet people, but not all of them are terribly active. The challenge teams are much more lively!

    Off to bed with me. I'm glad I was still up when you popped onto the community feed!
