I got to a point where I actually loved my body and thought my shape was perfect. Then I got complacent and gained a bunch of weight back. Whoops. Then I lost some of it. Then I gained it back. Rinse, repeat.

I have managed to stay within about 13 pounds of my original goal weight for the last three years, though, so that's something. I was a size 12 throughout my adolescence and have not been larger than a size 6 since 2007.

My keys to success have been patience with myself and confidence that consistency will pay off. It always has, and it always will.

My Goals:
Intermediate goal: 136lbs by July 29th.
Ultimate goal: 129 lbs and back into that red dress by November 20th.

Improve my golf game.

I also want to learn to love myself regardless of the size of the jeans I'm wearing.

My Program:
I do a minimum of 20 vigorous minutes daily on my stationary recumbent bicycle, increasing resistance weekly. I also swim and am learning golf, and I'm on a kickball team.

Personal Information:
I have a desk job. I hate cloudy days and cold weather. I refuse to give up real butter or whiskey. I play a lot of video games. I hunt wild mushrooms.

I like cooking Indian food and am interested in making my own cheese.

I don't buy animal products from conventional farms and heavily research the living conditions of the animals that produce all of the animal products I consume. Humane treatment of farm animals ranks highly on my list of ethical concerns. My butter and milk are always pastured and my chicken is always free-range.

Other Information:
I am very goal-oriented but get bored easily, so I have to constantly switch up my routine.
