My Goals:
To help my son get back to his ideal weight. I'm a few pounds over due to health and surgeries again, but will work that off.

My Program:
 Modified Atkins for both my son and I


Personal Information:
Work at home mom, who fights chronic illness and facing surgery. Home school my 8 year old son who is also fighting some health issues.
