I am a 55 year old client service technician who works from home. Stress is something I've lived with for many years now and the effects of that stress has accumulated across my midsection making it difficult to exercise. In addition, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and a back surgery make it difficult to exercise which is very disappointing.

My goal is to lose enough weight so that I can exercise without the fear of additional injury.

I am working on making sure I include more fruits and vegetables in my diet. I love water and drink about 4-5 16oz bottles every day. The biggest goal for me is to be able to incorporate exercise into my daily program.

I am originally from IL but moved to NYS for a much needed change. I love to read and enjoy crafting and spending time with friends. I am a fan of the NY Yankees and the Sterling Renaissance Fair. And I love Autumn in Upstate NY.
