Let's be real!

I don't want to die. I'm so afraid that if I do NOTHING, I will contract Health Diseases and eventually be on so much medication that my life will exist solely for medication. If I don't die physically, I will emotionally.

I'm 28 and currently weight 281.1 flat. Which is A LOT. I mean, I'm proud of myself. Somewhere on here are 2 of my old Spark Pages that I can not (for the life of me) remember the passwords to. I remember first joining this website and I was 290+ pounds.

And this is over the course of 1 year, so I am proud of myself, but I want to be F.I.T (Fit and terrific) not F.A.T (Fat and tired). I would love to be able to run a block without feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my chest or get up and do something for myself; instead of being lazy.

It's all in the mind. Mental over everything and so I am now going to obsessively use this Planet Fitness membership that I have and start of with 2 to 3 days a week in the gym and small, but intensive 4 minute Tabata at home workouts.

I know it seems dramatic, but if you look at a situation calmly, 9 times out of 10 you will not do anything about it. I have a lot of goals to fulfill this upcoming year and now that my Depression is somewhat under control. I want to tame this beast that I created. I want to lose this weight and leave it where it's at.

My weight goals are as is:
I am currently 281.1 pounds.
By March 29th, I would like to be 272 pounds.
By May 29th, I would like to be 261.1 pounds.
By July 29th, I would like to be 252 pounds.
By September 29th, I would like to be 241.1 pounds.
I would like to take a break and allow my body to be use to that weight. And then proceed after 4 months.
By January 29th [2015], I would like to be 232 pounds.
By March 29th, I would like to be 221.1 pounds.
By May 29th, I would like to be 212 pounds.
By July 29th, I would like to be 201.1 pounds.
When I reach into the late 100's, I would take another break to maintain my weight. I would resume picking up 4 months later.
By November 29th, I would like to be 192 pounds.
By January 29th [2016] I would like to be 181.1 pounds.
By March 29th, I would like to be 172 pounds.
By May 29th, I would like to be 161.1 pounds.
By July 29th, I would like to be 152 pounds.

My final goal weight is 145. It is then that I will begin to truly focus on toning and weight lifting, building and maintaining muscle, etc. But, for now I am really week, so I want to focus on fat burning and strength training.

I would like to try Boot Camps, Yoga, Zumba, and especially Cycling. I am hoping to make new friendships and have an Accountability partner who will come to the gym with me. I know I won't ever be in the same shape as I was when I was 14, but I am looking forward to being able to complete simple tasks with ease.

My Program:
What I intend to do to promote healthy living and weight loss is:

1.) Eat apples before every meal or drink water before and after every meal.

2.) Avoid drinking my calories and at the very most drink green tea, de-caffienated coffee (in portion) and COLD water.

3.) Avoid Refined/White Carbohydrates such as bread, cereal, bread crumbs, pasta, rice,crackers, cookies, and Unbleached flour.

4.) Incorporate more FRESH vegetables into my diet and AVOID all carbonated beverages with the exception of SOME sparkling waters.

5.) Incorporate more LEAN proteins such as meats like beef, pork tenderloin, turkey, and skinless chicken. I'll also incorporate some dairy such as skim and reduced fat, as well as fish, and beans.

6.) Drink more water, if not at least 1/2 of my body weight in COLD water as it helps to boost the Metabolism. And exercise several times a week. At least 30 minutes a day for 6 days a week, as long as I get in between 150-300
