I am a happily married mother of two adorable children. I am a stay at home mum and a full-time student (nursing school). I hate the way I look right now because it sure isn't the way I looked before the birth of my now 2 year old baby girl. I love my children so much but ughh, I do not love the love handles..I am going to lose 50 pounds by June 2010. I exercise 4-5 times a week and I count my calories to the last morsel. I don't see the pounds coming off, but I will never give up. I have decided that I am going to start my own personal challenges and do something different each time. I am dedicated and one of these days something gotta give and I am getting my sexy back!!! No gimmicks, no pills no magic just hardwork. The pregnancy 50 has to go, excuse me now my baby was only nine pounds!!!what was the extra pounds for !!!!I want my body back and I am getting it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: 06/12/11-I am am not a stay @ home mom anymore. I am still a full-time student and now working full-time at the same time am a full time wife and mother.. I am still considered obese and am ready to shed these 50lbs that have been hanging over my body. My body feels foreign to me and I want it back! I do got the victory... I am willing to work hard for my Victory!

UPDATE: I find myself in the very same place all the time.. This is enuff. I am not any closer to my goal weight.. But my journey starts now and will never look back. I need strength and encouragement. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am destined for success and am doing it and for me!!!!!!

goal 6-170lbs- Nov, 23-Happy Birthday to me!!!
goal7- 165lbs-Dec- 30,2011 (Done with bulge promoting nursing school).
goal 8- 160lbs- Jan 30, 2012, in time for hubby's 33rd birthday-Birthday present sexier wife!!!LOL).
goal 9-155lbs- feb 26, 2012 (Happy 15th Birthday son!)
goal 10- 150lbs-March 28, 2012 (Happy 5th Birthday to my darling daughter, and yes 5 years is too long of a time to blame you baby for these love handles.. It just won't stick anymore!!).

My Program:
1.Eat less than 1400 Kcalories.
2.Low carb
3.Drink Plenty of water
4.Exercise 6 days a week
Monday and Thursday
-Cardio and strength training.
-Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - Just cardio
Saturday- Strength training.
Sunday- Rest..It is the day of the Lord!!!!!!
