Haha oh I know what you mean about changing the incline! But I usually also do 1-2 of the incline and if I'm also changing my running speed, I'll do 2 when I'm running at a slower pace and then down to 1 when I pick up the speed
My weekend wasn't bad; I haven't worked out since Thursday though because I hurt my back and was in a load of pain since then, so today will be my day to get back to it :)

I barely come on Spark people. I'm still training with my personal trainer. He is awesome. I have also totally changed my aspect and turned my life around. Fitness is part of my lifestyle, I no long count calories and stopped thinking of calories in versus calories out. When i kicked that thought process out, I start eating better, and more often. I plan on going on a Banff trip the end of this month. Life has been busy working full time, studying for my accounting designation, and gym 5 days a week. 1876 days ago
