Our days are happier when we give people a piece of our heart instead of a piece of our mind.

This meditation is from a friend of mine, and I would like to share it with you.
    Embrace your worthiness...
If someone wants to celebrate you, let them do're worth it...if someone buys you a gift for a special occasion, just say "Thank you!" or "Oh, wow, this is awesome!"...don't insult their generous gesture with a "Oh, you shouldn't have!" or "You spent too much!"...if someone wants to bless you with a financial seed, receive it with grace and humility, especially if you know that you've sown into other people, and you believe that you're good ground...the person who blesses you may be a part of your divine harvest - don't rob them of their blessing of blessing you...the law of sowing and reaping demands that to be a giver, you also have to be a receiver...
Don't devalue your point of view by starting every sentence with "This is just my opinion"...your opinion matters, especially if someone asks you for it...if someone gives you a compliment, receive it without expressing unnecessary and bogus false humility...if someone says you look like you've lost weight, they don't need you to disagree with them, and convince them of how much weight you've recently gained, or how fat you think you are...self-deprecation in context can be charming and endearing, but nobody wants to hear you put yourself down all the's great to be able to laugh at yourself when appropriate, and not take yourself too seriously, but you can't treat yourself like a big joke, and expect to be respected...
Self-esteem isn't about conceit or have to love yourself before you can love your neighbor...even Jesus said can believe that you're great, and also believe that the next guy is, too...and if you've allowed someone from your childhood or your family or your past relationships to get inside your head and make you feel less than, it's time to take back your power, and stop giving them and their demeaning and belittling words so much authority in your life...their opinion is irrelevant, and the stories you keep telling everybody over and over again about how they hurt you are boring and counterproductive...if you're in that much pain about it, then get some therapy, or see a professional counselor who can give you some tools to help you get a better and healthier perspective on all of it...otherwise, just move on from all that and change that energy in your life...
You're worthy of're worthy of're worthy of're worthy of're worthy of a beautiful life...if you've made mistakes, own them, but don't let them ruin your sense of well-being...
It's time for you to be happy just being you...
Oh,'re also worthy of a beautiful day, so go create one for yourself...
