Introduction Text Hey everyone! I began my Spark journey way back in 2009! I've had a lot of ups and down since then, in my life and in my weight. There have been lots of constants too though. My husband's support, my love of exercise and my vow to never give up. I turned 50 in 2018 and during the last 3 years I've been trying in vain to lose the 30 lbs I've gained. It's been hard, but I'm on the right path now and nothing is going to stop me!

Long Term Goals: Portion control. Maintain my weight below 134 lbs for the rest of my life. To never need medication. To eat cleaner.

Nutrition: Portion Control! Lots of protein and clean carbs. Water, water, water! Cutting out the junk! Bye, bye Cape Cod Potato Chips! The Workout Elliptical, PiYo and Body Beast Mix it up!!!
