    Nice to hear from you Libbie! We're doing well. Hope you and your family are too. We're not back to work yet - that probably won't happen until this fall. Both my husband and I work in live events (business meetings, press conferences, etc.) and those will probably come back right around the time they start up concerts and stadium events.

    Last July I cut out almost all sugar and discovered a studio offering Christian yoga and started going two or three times a week. Within 4 or 5 months I'd lost 20 of the 25 lbs. I'd slowly packed on over the last 10 years. I'm not using the trackers here, but I do keep in touch with a couple of women from one of the teams I was on years ago. I was just browsing one day a while ago and wondered what everyone from that Fab 40s team was up to. Thanks for reaching out!
