Hi everyone! I am a sophomore in college, and am double majoring in Dietetics and Community Health.

My goal is to feel more confident about the way I look. Right now, I know that I am not overweight, but I do want to lose a few pounds, I have lost some already, and plan to continue until I am happy with the way I look.

Summertime always gets me motivated. And it pretty much snuck up on me. So here I am, back on spark after a long time trying to lose those last 15 lbs!

I just pray that I can be the type of person who can do this, and actually follow through with the plan! I need to really start eating healthy. I need to stop snacking. I read this intro text all the time for my own personal motivation. And it works!

My Goals:
I really want to feel confident. No matter what you weigh, if you are not happy about it, do something about it! I want to get to 115, and feel confident. I am doing something!

My Program:
I work out 3 times a week, am on herbalife products which i would recommend to anybody, and when I work out I usually run between 1 1/2 to 3 miles. then do abs, and some weights.

Personal Information:
I am from the cities in Minnesota. I went to a large high school where you were only cool if you were a size zero. I am now in college and a dietetics student. I love my major, and am really excited about becoming an R.D. Right now I'm not working, but will be after this year hopefully at a hospital, and then part-time during the school year. I love watching college hockey, and hanging out with my boyfriend. I am going to Cancun for spring break 09 and want to look good!!!

Other Information:
My favorite book is Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas, and White Oleander. I also love the Harry Potter books, and twilight. My favorite song is Tim Mcraw by Taylor Swift. My favorite food is italian anything. Lasagna, and manacotti.

    Thanks for posting your intro on the SparkMpls/St. Paul team. I took a look at your SparkPage. Looks like you have a great program working out 3 times a week. It is great that you like to run. We have a lot of runners on the SparkMpls/St. Paul team - and a lot of runners in training (like me). You'll be an inspiration to us.
