I am 39 years old with just under a hundred pounds to lose. I have spinal stenosis in the lumbar region of my spine which prevents me from getting much exercise. In the last year I have put on right at 40 pounds. I have no support in my house but I really need get my weight under control as it makes the pain worse the heavier I get.
