    If you have anxiety a good book to read is HOME AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES by Claire Weeks M.D. She wrote it some years ago before anyone else did and she's since passed away.

    I think Gastric surgery helps a person get their stomach back down to a normal size, so I see nothing wrong in it, but then half of the people regain the weight, and getting emotional help is really the key. You're doing great.

    That's great progress!
    Once I got about 4 months into tracking daily and cooking more, it has been a waiting game (though I struggle with binging on some days, I am slowly doing better with blogging or emailing a friend instead of eating or drinking). I felt so long like I couldn't do this, but, I have to admit I am making some pretty good progress, so I know I can get there!!!
