My Goals:
As I continue my journey toward retirement, I am realizing that my current lifestyle is not taking me down the path that I want to follow. I am ready to make changes! Life is not a practice ~ this is the real thing! I will cherish each day and work to improve my eating habits by planning in advance, drinking more water, getting more sleep, and getting out of my chair and moving!!! ~ join me? ~

My Program:
 I will continue to work on changing my lifestyle to include 1) planning what I eat, 2) the proper amount of rest at night, and 3) regular daily exercise. :-)


Personal Information:
Happily married with a wonderful daughter. Life if good!

Other Information:
 My body is God's temple, and all that I have is a gift from Him.
