Hi !
My name is Hope.I have a small(ish) child and a busy life.I am trying to add more fitness in my life.
I`ve decided that my theme is "'Move it"".I`m going to move my body, my food and my attitude, in a positive direction .

My name is Hope.I have a small(ish) child and a busy life.I am trying to add more fitness in my life.
I`ve decided that my theme is "'Move it"".I`m going to move my body, my food and my attitude, in a positive direction .
New Challenge 2011: to use the motivation that I`ve found, to achieve my goals in work, home and play. To move my life in the direction that I choose and not to submit to the temptation to please others to the detriment of my personal goals. I will lose weight. I will get stronger.I will say no. I will choose.I will use any time that I have, to further my goals. June, I will reach 1 of my education goals.( two goals met) July 31 ( 3 months), I will reach my goal weight .( one pound to go) October 31( 6 months) I will reach 3 of my work goals (two met) and one of my church goals(two met).
Spark On! Its not about weight, its about life.
Past challenges:I did a Canada Day Challenge ( 136)(2009)and I lost ! Update :I met my Canada Day challenge by losing 7 pounds! I am now 129.8 Yeay!

I am setting two new work goals ,one for three months (LTO)and the other for 8 months.(PFTP)

2)A Special goal for the spring

Write the FSL1 exam to see where I can improve.
