    Hi, I just wanted to tell you that I tried your 'Feta & Spinach Scramble' recipe several months ago. It is so EASY to fix and so filling and tasty, that I fix it for breakfast almost daily. I get up for work in the very early am, have very little time to get ready, and I must eat something. This is absolutely perfect, as it takes little more time than fixing the coffee. Thanks so much for posting this wonderful recipe!
