Losing weight to gain a baby!
Hi! I'm a 28 year old teacher who desperately wants children of my own. After 6 months of TTC with no baby yet, it's time to focus on me for a while in hopes it will make for a healthier "we" someday.
With a BMI that labels me as "morbidly obese" (YUCK!) my goal is to lose 10-15% by January (about 30lbs) and hopefully that will be just what it takes to bring a baby into our lives in 2013!

-Stick to my fast break goals.
- Develop a realistic fitness plan that I will actually use!
My Program:
Right now I am just trying to stay within my calorie ranges, not eat in front of the tv/computer (mindless eating) and am determined to get out for a quick walk after dinner EVERY night.
I will then develop a better fitness plan and want to try making a recipe from the sparkpeople cookbook once a week.
Personal Information:
I'm from the capital area of Canada, have lived in the same town my whole life and still love it!
I've been married for 3 wonderful years and am itching to bring some children into our family.
