    I'm guessing since you're saying "it's me again" you've been here before. So you know the drill lol. You know what it takes to succeed, now just to implement it.
    8+ cups of water every day
    5 freggies a day
    less processed foods
    30 min cardio 5 days
    30 min ST 5 days

    Start back slow, do one or two things to start off, once you can easily manage those, add more. Start with just water and 10 minutes of cardio. Build from there.
