There is one place that is my favourite in the whole world....
I don't have to go far to get there,
It requires no reservations,
And has no travel restrictions.

In this place,
I feel totally free to just be myself.
I can laugh and be silly
or sigh or cry...
without fear of being judged.

My Goals:
At the moment...my goal is to be able to say to myself! .... " WOW! I have lost 100 whopping LBS!!"

My Program:
Follow my 1200 calories per day healthy eating plan 6 days per week. Then treat myself on the 7th day!
MOVE every day!

Personal Information:
From a small city of about 6500 people in northern New Brunswick Canada
Winter is my favourite season ( good job because we get a long season of it...lol )
I met my husband online 20 years ago. We have been married for 15 years.It is a second marriage for both of us. He is my best friend and supporter!
He is from Scotland....I moved over there and worked there for 7 years until my husband retired....then we moved back here 11 years ago.
We have 4 children and 4 grandchildren between us. We LOVE camping!

Other Information:
Back in 2010/ 2011...in a year and a half....I lost 90 pounds.
Then I stopped smoking in October 2011.....and over the next 6 years....try as I may....I started putting all that lost weight back on!
Finally....( 6 years and 80 pounds back on ) I got my act together in October 2017 and have now lost 62 pounds (as of Jan 5/ 2019)
I never went back to smoking! And I still miss it! ( LOL )
Looking forward this new year of 2019 to getting to my goal of 150 pounds. ....which is about another 25 pounds to lose!....I love my healthy lifestyle and never feel hungry or deprived or craving.

    I am with you about bugs, I am sure I have eaten hundreds of the things. We never ate candy and we even took apples to the movies. Why not? Eating home grown Apples is asking for protein within. Sure when you see the hole its too late it's in your belly.
    I buy romaine but no longer the hearts they seem to lack any Chlorophyll I like the dark green leaves they do last much longer. We like Radicchio but not a lot and I find it bitter. In Sam's we buy a big container and it lasts very well. I found a cheap salad spinner and it does the job of washing and drying it out. We rarely use tomatoes, I like grapes much better or avocado or strawberries. DH likes walnuts raisins and craisins. I bur Salmon and portion it out. 3 ounces for me and 5 for DH . I cut off all the very thin edges and that is what we use for the Salmon salad. Much better than croutons.

    Oh, I know what you mean about the bugs. I'm not really bothered with them much here in PA unless I go back into the woods but, growing up in Maine was another story. We use to call them dive bombers. It was sad that at times you just couldn't go out. I can remember spraying my clothes with bug spray before getting dressed and heading outside.

    Hope your bugs aren't too bad since your yard is beautiful and looks like such a wonderful place to relax!
