I'm 33 yrs old have two wonderful boys that I love and adore and a loving and wonderful man to share it all with.
My boyfriend and I are going on a wonderful cruise in less than three weeks!! So now I need to diet and do the best I can. I'm proud of myself yesterday was the first day and I did sooo good. I ate good, drank all my water, and excersiced. WOW!!!

7/24/08: OK monday i started a new workout program at the gym. its getfitin30 and they also gave me a diet plan!!! so far so good. I have managed to stay on track with the diet program & the excercising. I even go back to the gym the days that we dont have to meet. ..

8/24/08: I finished the 30 day program and lost 4 lbs. 4" inches off of most places. I did good. I could have done better. Oh well maybe next time...

11/15/08: There's a 1/2 marathon... will i do it?? or not???

11/17/08: Well I didnt do the 1/2 marathon :-( I did sign up for the turkey trot and I didnt have a chance to do that either. My two sons and I started running and my little one's asthma started acting up and he couldnt breath. He was fine but we both had to stop. I'm glad he's okay but I was a bit disappointed that I could finish the 5k. Oh well maybe next time...

1/5/09: Its 2009 HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! Well i really really fell of the bandwagon and gained
some weight. I can feel it EVERYWHERE!!! But i'm going back to the gym to work out and eat better!!! lets get going!!!!

04/07/09: 8/21/09 is our wedding date!! If that's not motivation enough to lose some more extra lbs i dont know what is!!!

01/26/10: OH WOW!! ANOTHER YEAR!!! Its another year and another fresh start!! I'M JOINING FIT IN 30 at our gym today!! see if i get fit in 30 days!! i need to lose these last few lbs that are glued to me like crazy!! cant get rid of em!!!

Okay I didnt lose the 7 more lbs for the Carribean but now I'm getting married in Hawaii got to lose at least 5!!!!

dieting (a plan where i try to eat something every two hours) light meals. Doesn't always work tho.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog!! Yeah the 1/2 marathon is in Yuma. Its the Yuma Territorial Marathon. Its also a half, which is what i'm doing. If you're ever looking for someone to run/train with let me know - i havent met anyone that is even remotely interested in anything active! I'm still a relative beginner but i'm working on it!

    I belong to Curves up in the Foothills, but it gets really hard to get up there as much as I would like. Maybe I'll look into Club Yuma like you suggested. Is it expensive? Living on base it would be much closer to get there than the Foothills! I'm always nervous when I go to a gym I don't know, but maybe I would be more committed if it was more convenient. Have a great weekend. I know I'll be out somewhere with my doggies trying to burn some calories! emoticon
