    Ready for a challenge this Summer? The BL Challenge is there for you! We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed your promote positive lifestyle changes, and of course weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are a important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams.     Hi! I saw that you asked how you join the Spring Challenge. If you go to my spark page until you see my teams, you can click on it to go to the challenge. You will probably have to join in order to post. I didn’t realize that today is the last day to join. I sent an email to one of the leaders and asked her if it was too late. She hasn’t answered me back yet. You can go to ”how to join a team” then scroll down to Casual Travelers to see if they are still accepting members. They will send you an acceptance email if they are still accepting. I hope it isn’t too late. It doesn’t officially start until this Saturday so maybe they will. Fingers crossed! Look for the email at the top of the page. You will have to get registered soon.

    Update: if you want, just email _WARRIOR4LIFE and ask her if you can join THE CASUAL TRAVELERS. Make sure you put the _ before WARRIORFORLIFE

    UPDATE: It is not too late! She answered me back! She said go to the community 2020. 5% Spring Challenge page and join, then shoot her an email that you want to be on the Casual Travelers! emoticon

    I added you as a friend. I see your from Oklahoma. I was born and raised there in the Tulsa area but now I live in Washington State.
    I do not miss the humidity or the storms there.
    We have beautiful weather it is hot and dry today this time of year it starts to cool down.

    I am starting over again I had lost 40 pounds and gained them back over the past two years so I would love your support and I will support you.

    I am starting a new battle with my weight tomorrow September 3rd and hope to reach my goal by the end of the year. I will weigh in tomorrow and use that as my start weight.

    Wishing you the very best in reaching your goal.

    If you want to share with me what kind of issues you're having, I would love to be able to see what we can figure out together. Up to you.................but it really does help to talk with someone who understands what you're going through. :) emoticon
