    Hi Hilary,
    I read your comment from a couple days ago...how you've been working out so hard and not seeing any changes in your body. It sure is frustrating, isn't it? I've been losing the same 2 to 3 pounds these past two months myself, and I'm getting darn tired of it! I do realize that the TREND is spiraling down, and I will get to my goal sooner or later (probably later). Don't give up! Get out a tape measure. Have you taken your body measurements yet? If not, please write them down with today's date so you can check your progress in a month or two: chest, biceps, waist, hips, thighs, calves. When I don't see a loss on the scale, I just measure something to see if there's been a change my scale doesn't reveal, and many times that's the case. Good luck on the journey, looks like you're seeing good progress overall!
