How are you, I haven't seen you lately on the threads. What has your week been like?
I changed my goals to stick with them, this time.. I don't think I am doing enough strenght traing to make a difference and they give me more calories to consume. SO I remove the ST from my program and only doing cardio. I have to burn something like 578 cal. a day. That is a goal for the next 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds. My new calorie range is 1320-1700, this is upsetting, I kept within the other ranges so now I have to really try with these. I will try and manage it.

I just bought the WATP DVD. I may catch up to you in weight loss.
DId you buy the heart monitor. I saw that at Walmart, I dont think my exercise is giving me too much of a sweat, but I am starting slow like a pickle. or was that a turtle. Catch you in the threads.
