My Goals:
I want to lose the baby weight so I can get pregnant again and have another smooth, healthy pregnancy and delivery. My desire to get pregnant was the motivation I needed to quit smoking, so I figure it might be motivation enough to lose the weight. Plus I really would like to be one of those healthy families that eats healthy dinners together and goes for walks afterwards and hikes and such on weekends.
My Program:
Eat less, exercise more.
Specifically, eat between 1300 and 1700 calories on most days.
I am currently doing the Firm workouts on M,W,F and something else on T & R. Right now that something else is bellydancing. I feel a little silly doing it, but it's a lot of fun, my daughter enjoys doing it with me, and it's much harder than you'd think.
Personal Information:
We bought our first house a year and a half ago, just east of Birmingham, Alabama. So far, I like it. Very different from other places I have lived- but nice in it's own way.
