My goal is to reinvent myself by actualizing my physical, mental and spiritual potential.

8 Ways to Get What You Want From Life

1. Set Goals - Put your goals in writing, post them in plain view, and read them frequently.

2. Visualize - Imagine what is possible for you. Create the future you want in writing. Write it in a first person present tense narrative. Include every detail you can imagine.

3. Act - Create a plan. write it down, and act on it. Write five steps you will take to accomplish each of your goals.

4. Commit - Make the decision to achieve your goals.

5. Get excited. Excitement is both motivating and energizing. Get excited about your goals.

6. Be Persistent - Focus on your desires. Spend time thinking and daydreaming about what you want.

7. Believe you will achieve your desires.

8. Rid yourself of Negative Thoughts - Pay attention to your thoughts.

I am following a low calorie low fat, high protein, vegetarian lifestyle.

Personal Information:
By avoiding junk food and making wiser food choices, you can train your taste buds to prefer the healthy foods. Retraining your taste buds to prefer healthy foods over junk foods will take place over time.

7. Get involved in your plan.

8. Consider possible blocks and identify ways of dealing with them. Allow For Setbacks.

9. Set deadlines, trust yourself and trust your plan.
10. Enjoy the Journey. A healthy lifestyle is a process. The process is a journey not a destination.
