Well here I am again, third time trying, its so easy to GIVE UP!.
I joined Sparks around Feb 07, stayed with it a few months then gave up completely on everything I had worked hard on. I came back full blast in August, giving myself another chance. As most of you that know me, know I have been overweight all my life, now I have reached the point where its life threatening and its time for me to get control of the problem and do whatever is neccesary so thats my plan for 2008. I know I can do this and make better life changes for ME with the help from all of you, so now I just wanna say Thanks! to everyone, that speaks a kind word to me, sends a idea or tip my way, or just plain out kicks me in the caboose to get me started, THANK YOU LORD, THANK YOU SPARKS, and THANK YOU FRIENDS

My Goals:
My Goals are like before, I need all the fruits and veggies I can hold and plenty of water water water

Get as much exercise in as I can without overdoing it. Try to walk as much as possible rather than use my wheelchair to get around.

Praise and thank GOD for giving me the strength to go on each and everyday, plus showing me the way to this website and meeting such wonderful people.

My Program:
I dont have any program, I cant seem to stay on track, so I am jus gonna take it day by day

Each Morning give myself a positive thinking instead of being negative all the time and just enjoy life with my family, cause time is only a number, never know when its over

Personal Information:
I am from Miss. lil ole town next to Memphis Tn. I have been living here for over 19 yrs, too long but I am too old to move now, lol
