I am 55 years old and want to be 55 years young!! I have four wonderful kids, ranging in age from 26 to 16 and a good husband who encourages me and puts up with me!
I had my left knee replaced recently and can finally move without constant pain! I still will eventually need the right knee replaced as well, but it is working pretty well now! Now to break the habit of not moving!!

My goal is to lose 70 lbs.
September: Track daily. Lose 7 lbs. Walk 240K steps
My Program:
Eat whole foods. Reduce sugar in-take. and Track!!!
Hit a minimum of 64oz of water a day.
Personal Information:
I'm a fighting Texas Aggie! Whoop! but I've been transplanted to PA. Still have maroon blood however.
I love my kids & my husband. And of course my funny dachshund Oreo! I love traveling and trying new things! Love my church too!
Other Information:
My all time favorite book is Pride & Prejudice and Jane A. is one of my favorite authors. I love to read all kinds of books. This year I'm going to learn how to knit or crochet.
