Well I have realized logging in for the first time in what I thought was about a year, but it has been over 2 years! WOW! Not sure where all this time went, well I do know where it went, lots of life changing events and trying to find the balance between it all. I have really been trying to make sure I move more during the day and have signed my now 9 year old daughter up for the Bubble Run on May 23rd. Since I have been MIA....I have quit my full time "day" job to stay home and home school our daughter. We are almost thru our 2nd year of it and love it. Is there days when I don't love it? Absolutely, but the longer we do this, but better it gets. In quitting my "day" job it allowed me to be home, but also allows me to continue my work with all the high school foreign exchange students. It is something that we all enjoy and my daughter is getting to experience so many countries every year. My job is never boring or the same. So trying to balance, not only home schooling, but what started out as a part time job I was already doing with my full time day job, I have taken on larger areas to cover (currently covering 1/2 of Texas and all of Oklahoma) has been a huge challenge. Then I started making homemade jam because I didn't like all the additives we get, so that has also turned into a part time hobby/business as well. I can do this. I have decided as much as I want to lose weight, I want to be healthy more. So if I lose 1 pound or 50 pounds, if I am moving and feeling better that is what matters most. I just need to get back with my fellow sparkers and get back to our weekly meet up or something to keep me moving.

2011 Walk 2 - 5k's Run 2 - 5k's That is one a quarter. My one I am really pushing for is the Turkey Trot this year. Lose at least 65 pounds Walk/Run/bike 500 miles to complete the challenge.

Planning, planning and more planning. I have learned that I must plan my food weekly and stick to it and log everything to keep myself on track!

I have 2 beautiful daughters and one granddaughter. I want to be around to watch all three of them accomplish their goals in life.

I enjoy movies, reading, meetint new people, spending time with my princess, playing on the computer
