I've struggled with my weight all my adult life. I've been to Weight Watchers multiple times and have had more gym memberships than you can shake a stick at. What's different this time? Now the big five-oh is right around the corner, and I have two granddaughters. I want to be around to see them grow up and to inspire them to live a healthy life.

My Program:
I'm back to tracking in my book, everything I eat, the good with the bad. I am determined to walk every work day for a 30 minute break, rain or rain! (Where I live, it's mostly what we get.) My February goals are to add more strength training and cardio to my weeks.
