2013: I have nothing to report. I didn't see any real change this year.
2012: I lost 5o pounds between January 9th and April 1st and maintained it until New Years!!

"I'm not here for a instant fix, or a quick one at that. I'm here for the long run. I hope to lose a pound a week, but I don't expect every week to be a loss. Even if the scale doesn't show a drop in numbers there will be tons of other wins along the way. I know that. I'm really ready to kick myself into shape. It's about time isn't it? I'm not a teenager anymore and it's only going to get harder as I age.

I don't ever dream of being skinny or even slender at all. I just want to be healthy. It's more important to me every day. I've been changing more things everyday in my pursuit of a well balanced lifestyle, and everyday it gets just that much easier. I still have days where I want to give up and sit back with a large greasy pizza and a movie, but those days usually end with a healthy dinner and a relaxing stretch.

I will never go back to my old lifestyle. I can't.

I want to have an active life, babies and stamina. I will have all of the above because I chose not to continue procrastinating. Procrastination is ruining my life. Was. Was ruining my life.
